Lots to go over, but a general overview of development might be in order.

Massive reworking of sections of the game are starting, going back to the very first semester. Much of this is driven by me finally biting the bullet and learning RPGmaker MV's plugin system properly.

I started this project with a depth of coding knowledge (As I have a degree in software engineering) but little knowledge in art (having taken and failed a few drawing classes on the side.) As such, the goal of this project was primarily to make a game that forced me to learn art!

While this is still in progress, I couldn't help but tinker with things, with the result being me deciding that it was perfectly ok to store 2d arrays of class descriptions into rpgmaker's variables. It should be fine, I reasoned, this isn't going to be a code-heavy project anyway!

This, as I could have expected, eventually started leading to problems with save-file bloat, glitches (easiest to see in class selection at the moment, but everywhere) and other bugs that piled up.

So now I'm learning rpgmaker's systems properly. It's putting a strain on my ability to do artwork for the game at the moment,  as I have limited development time, but otherwise is progressing rather well. I decided to start with the stats screen, as that was in dire need of updating, and alligns with the first set of things I have begun learning (mostly RPGmaker's Scene and Window code, which I had tinkered with to limited success via an awful array of script calls stuffed into common events)

-fixed a bug in the crafting system involving a broken audio file loading and crashing it
-Fixed a bug causing gardening club to overwrite the state of multiple rooms in the secret base

-A new System unlocked by reading a special library book
-When enabled via the key item (Time Organizer) will send you directly to various activities around the castle at the start of each time block
-Requires receiving the book from the library and reading it once to unlock the system
-Defers to any other messages you may receive during that time block (Mostly tutorial/prostitution calls right now)
-Supports most standard activities (jobs, clubs, studying, dungeons you've unlocked, relationships you've unlocked)

Bugfixes/Changes
-Fixed Alicia's strange noises quest (the intro to her prostitution PTJ) breaking and not showing up in the assignments log
-Fixed several issues causing delays/flashing/double jumps with the message system
-Streamlined Eillana's introduction scene
-Fixed messaging system breaking in the mornings when classes are chosen

-Fixed Eilana trying to read out an object array in her sidestory

-Fixed recommendation system dropping you off at the wrong places for the forest ruins dungeon
-Fixed nurse and Tavern PTJ locations being swapped in the reccomendations system
-Fixed Time Organizer not properly giving you the key item to configure the system

-Fixed book checkout in the library not allowing you to exit without choosing one

-They call rarely, but must be found in the world after you have obtained some prostitution experience

-Stats Screen Revamp - Part 2

-Artwork for the base stats screen, as well as the class screen, have been added

-Page Revamp - Courses have been moved to base stats, Class Stats has been renamed Other Stats, and is still incomplete. Curses/Blessings as well as jobs unlocked/leveled up are now listed there instead, with your current level in each displayed

- A strange rumor about ghosts has begun to circulate around the school

-After the first semester, random students will bring it up when you talk to them

-More to come in the future!

Known Bugs/Issues

-lots of issues around the 16th of the first semester. Potential conflicts with the reccomendation system, repeat calls/events if you leave the dungeon, etc etc

-forest dungeon breaks completely, doors not spawning, monsters breaking, etc etc

-save-file size is bloated from saving stuff like enemy positions, crafting recipes (pre-plugin mode), etc etc

-Title Screen still shows old Olivia artwork

-Outfit crystals system for gym/swimming classes still breaks sometimes

-Olivia's Imp Scenes still needs to be fixed to match new artwork

-Same for the corrupt church, some of the tatoos, and a few of the other issues that showed up

-Eillana's new imp scenes still have a few issues, particularly around the last leg of the journey

-Recommendations system will try to send you to work before you've unlocked jobs
